Kossuth Foundation Board of Directors Election

Call for Nominations
A charitable foundation like ours depends on the guidance and service of volunteers who are willing to devote personal time to help with governance and programs.  Our board of directors is the governing body that provides much of that guidance and leadership.  As required by our bylaws, we will hold our quadrennial board elections not later than October 15 of this year.

With the recent resignation of Mr. Steven Varga in April, we currently have a vacancy on the Foundation’s Board.  Plus, several current Board members have announced that they are not seeking re-election.
